The study was conducted in order to investigate the relationship between emotional abilities and aggression of multicultural children. A questionnaire survey was used to targeted, 173 multicultural children in the 11~13th years were selected from elementary schools in Gwangju and the Jeonnam. The data was analyzed by using the mean, the standard deviation, the Cronbach's ¥á, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression by SPSS 12.0 program. The results were as follows : First, the aggression were different according to the gender, mother's age, economic level, mother's nationality, mother's communication ability, and emotional abilities. Second, the influential variables regarding the aggression were emotional regulation, emotional identification and expression, economic level, mother's nationality. The results of this study will provide information for the therapy and improvement program for aggression of multicultural children.
